Titanium Gist Rollerball Pen

219.00

****** These have one more operation that needs to be finished up and I hope to get to that Tuesday or Wednesday 12/18 or 12/19. We currently don’t have photos of the titanium versions of these pens because we are still waiting to finish them. This is the one model we don’t have finished up. ******

These use the Pilot G2 refill. There are probably lots of other refills that will work, but I haven’t had time just yet to try them out. So far the only other refill I’ve tried is the Schmidt 6040 Fineliner refill which needs a small spacer at the bottom of the pen o make the small gap filled in so the refill doesn’t slide back and forth. One of the new options is whether you want a black clip or a silver clip. The silver clips are the same tumbled and polished finish found on all of our other pens.

I’m sorry, we are already out of stock of the titanium Extra Fine nibs, and we are running low on the Fine nibs. I’ve put in an order, but it will be February before we get more titanium nibs in stock.

6AL-4V Titanium. Tough. Light weight. The perfect combination for a daily carry item. If you want a lighter weight alternative to stainless steel or bronze, titanium is what you want.

Updates to the Gist fountain pens:

  • Longer bodies that accomodate the standard international converters. This extra length also makes the pens fit better in most hands and makes the pens a little more proportional.

  • Higby thread starts for the caps. This is a machinist term, but in essence, it means there isn’t a partial thread and so initial engagement feels better and it is a stronger thread.

  • 1.5 turns to open and close. The original Gists were closer to 3, and it was a bit much.

  • Plastic internal part for the metal pens so they post more securely and avoid metal on metal contact.

Weight - 1.6 ounces or 45.2 grams
